A very timely video by CA technologies (which, btw, is a client of mine, see CA Expo Australia August 25-29), showing how just about everything is becoming software. I sometimes summarise this with one of my favourite neologisms: every algorithm will also need a humarithm (i.e. all software needs to work well with ‘wetware’ i.e. humans, and serving humans has to remain the purpose of all technology).
